1. Register with phone + password before booking;

2. Growth albums and booking history are tied to your account.

2. Online Watching Rules

1. Online bookings are confirmed instantly (no admin review);

2. After booking, you can view growth photos and notes for that plant;

3. Access lasts for the plant’s observation period (default 7 days), then the booking becomes completed;

4. You may cancel an active online booking anytime.

3. On-site Planting Rules

1. Choose plant, date and time slot; submission starts as pending;

2. An admin must approve before the booking is valid;

3. Weekdays: book at least 1 day ahead; weekends: at least 3 days ahead;

4. Arrive on time; more than 30 minutes late may void the visit;

5. Pending bookings can be cancelled anytime; approved bookings need at least 24 hours notice;

6. Site, pots, soil and tools are included.

4. General Rules

1. Each time slot has a seat quota (pending + approved count toward it);

2. Temporary closures will be announced on the home page;

3. Your phone number is used for booking contact only.

Q: Why is my offline booking still pending?

A: Offline planting requires admin approval. Check notifications in My Bookings.

Q: Can I change an approved time?

A: Cancel (if within the 24h rule) and book again.

Q: Why can’t I open a growth album?

A: You need an active online watching booking for that plant.
